The products were exactly as expected. What earns the 5 stars is their customer service. After placing my order I wanted to confirm the frame was the correct size for the mat I selected so I emailed them moments after I made the purchase. The following day, Monday, I hear back from customer service, short story, I had made an error and they corrected the order to what I needed and I received both in about a week. I will definitely use them again.
