The matboard fit perfectly in the frame! The package arrived in perfect shape. It was very well cushioned! The packaging was impressive.

Frame arrived from the production line damaged. Contacted Posterpalooza and then sent a replacement frame right out. Frame and backing are surprisingly light, much lighter than I had expected. Tolerances are very tight so everything fits together very snuggly. Shipping packaging was robust. Color was as hoped - a nice glossy black. My only concern is with the hanging bracket which might split the frame as I am just not sure how to use it.
I like the color and texture of the mat. No issues.Difficult to find acid free paper these days, so I was glad to have found this.
Wasn't real sure that the "gold" frame is what I was looking for but thought I would give it a shot. I wanted the old school look for the print I was framing. WOW, it came out Way Better!! than I expected. Sometime ya just gotta take a chance...
I ordered the mat for my frame and it truly makes the picture pop! The shipping container was very sturdy and it was shipped in timely manner. Communication was very good from PosterPalooza. Overall an excellent product ! Will be using them again!
